Who we are
The IEC is a capacity building centre being operated by the joint venture partners, Zoramu Consulting Group and Invest in Africa. The IEC’s mandate is to build capacity for Ugandans to achieve maximum participation in Oil and Gas projects by bridging the gap between potential Ugandan suppliers and the Petroleum Industry in support of Ugandan National Content Policy, Legislation and Regulations.
